Modern Building Alliance for safe and sustainable building
At the end of May 2018, the initiative Modern Building Alliance (MBA) launched its official website. BASF is one of the founding members.
The alliance of five trade associations and four companies of the plastics industry stands for safe and sustainable building in Europe. The focus is on fire prevention.
For the MBA members improving the fire safety of buildings is a joint responsibility of the whole value chain involved in building and construction. To pursue its objectives, the MBA engages with policy makers and stakeholders.
